THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. All medication information, dosages, frequencies, and administration times entered into the App are based solely on prescriptions and instructions provided by licensed healthcare professionals. The App merely records this information as entered by users.

The App is not designed as a reminder or alert system. Users must not rely on the App to remind them when to administer medications. Users remain fully responsible for following their healthcare provider's prescribed medication schedules.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NANA'S CARE TEAM, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEALTHCARE DECISIONS MADE BY YOU OR ANYONE ELSE BASED ON INFORMATION STORED IN OR DISPLAYED BY THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nana's Care Team and its owners, operators, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
The App stores health-related information that you enter. By using the App, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the information you enter, you have appropriate authority to enter information about the care recipient, and you will protect login credentials and not share account access inappropriately.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
New users receive a free trial period. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and agree that Colorado law will govern any disputes.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Colorado, United States. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
