Support

Nana's Care Team helps families coordinate care for someone they love. If something isn't working, or you just can't find what you need, we'd rather hear from you than have you struggle with it.

This is not an emergency service. Nana's Care Team is a record-keeping and coordination tool. It does not provide medical advice, and no one monitors it. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Common Questions

How do I invite family to our care team?

Open the Circle tab and tap Invite to Circle. Enter their name and email address. Your phone's email app opens with an invitation ready to send. They sign up using that same email address and are joined to your care team automatically.

Does everyone in the family have to pay?

No. One subscription covers the whole care circle. The person who created the care team subscribes, and everyone they invite gets full access at no cost. Invited members are never asked to pay.

How do I record that a medication was given?

Each medication shows one row per scheduled dose — Morning, Noon, Evening, Bedtime. Tap Give next to the dose that was given. You can change the time if it's being recorded after the fact, and the dose shows who logged it. If it was tapped by mistake, tap Undo.

Will the app remind me when medication is due?

No. Nana's Care Team records the doses you enter — it does not send reminders and does not check doses for safety. Please don't rely on it to tell you when a dose is due. Always follow the prescriber's instructions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your app store account, so they're cancelled there:

We cannot cancel a store subscription for you — only the account holder can. Access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

I paid but the app still shows the subscribe screen.

Open the subscribe screen and tap Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, check you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you purchased with, then email us.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Delete My Account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account, the care teams you own, and all their records — medications, notes, appointments, vitals and photos. It cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that separately, using the steps above.

What happens when care comes to an end?

Settings → Close Care Team. This is deliberately different from deleting: records are kept so the family still has the care summary, notes and photos, and reminders stop. It can be reopened at any time. Permanent deletion stays a separate, explicit choice.

I forgot my password.

Tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.

Is our health information private?

Yes. Your records are visible only to members of your own care team — enforced by the database itself, not just the app. We do not sell data, and the app contains no advertising or tracking. See our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
